MARANDA HIGH SCHOOL

Integrity In Practice

Maranda School Pictorials

Message from Leadership

It is my privilege to share highlights from Maranda High School’s vibrant journey in 2025. The last year has been marked by academic achievements, transformative growth, and community dedication to excellence.

In the 2024 KCSE examinations, Maranda ranked 18th nationally, achieving a mean score of 9.6993, with 57 A plains and a 97% university transition rate. Outstanding performance was seen in Agriculture, Computer Studies, Kiswahili, CRE, and Aviation, each posting a mean score of 12.0. While some subjects require targeted interventions, ongoing mentorship, revision programs, and academic clinics aim to close performance gaps and reach our 2025 goals: a mean score of 10.5+, 100+ A plains, and a top-ten national ranking.

Our infrastructure is growing alongside our academic vision. The Multipurpose Hall, new dormitories, and a CBC building will provide a holistic, future-ready environment for learners.

I extend heartfelt gratitude to our parents, alumni, partners, and stakeholders for their unwavering support. Together, we continue to build not just a school, but a legacy of integrity, innovation, discipline, and distinction. With your continued partnership, Maranda High School will keep redefining educational excellence in Kenya and beyond.

Dr. Edwin Namachanja

Chief Principal
